Why Exalt God Only Yoga?(Christian Yoga)
Because each class will afford you a unique way to worship God by using scriptures, spiritual music, guided meditation, and the leading of the Holy Spirit.
It is important for everyone to understand that while yoga is physical and mental, it is mostly spiritual. Yoga is good for the entire body; most of all, it’s just another way to spend time with God, in such a unique way.
